Actual product colors may vary from colors shown on your monitor. Our product photos are not meant to assure 100% color accuracy due to dye lot variations from fabrics, woods, metals, lighting and computer monitors
Special Order Items
In addition to what we have in stock, many items can be special ordered, such as custom upholstery and other furniture pieces. Because many of these pieces are made to order, lead times can vary, ranging anywhere from 2-12 weeks or longer (average lead time, not guaranteed, on upholstery is 6-8 weeks and wood products 2-8 weeks). Please note, the estimated time of delivery for special orders is only an approximation.
Local Pick Up
Items are available for Local Pick Up at our showroom location with an appointment and at no charge. Intaglia Employees cannot assist in loading or securing any items. Intaglia does not provide any tie down devices or extra padding for your items.
Shipping and Delivery
Please note: Delivery is not included in the purchase price.
We are currently unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, and international addresses.
Local Delivery: Intaglia uses several Independent Delivery Services for deliveries in the Metro Atlanta Area. If any damage occurs during delivery, it is the customers responsibility to settle the damage claim directly with the delivery service and not with Intaglia.
Outside Local Delivery Area: Please call or email the store for shipping options outside of the Metro Atlanta Area.

Special Order Items: Because special order items are ordered especially for you, we are unable to accept returns on these pieces.
In-Stock Items: You have 48 hours from the date of purchase to change or cancel the purchase of in stock items. After 48 hours from the date of purchase the sale is Final.
Damaged Freight Deliveries
It is imperative that you open and inspect all items that you receive via freight immediately upon their delivery, PRIOR TO signing for the delivery. In the case that the truck driver will not wait for you to open and inspect the items, it is very important that you write: “Unable to inspect items due to driver unwilling to wait” above your signature on the freight delivery form. This protects you from liability for any damages incurred during shipment. Your signature signifies not only receipt of the items, but also that they are in good condition; this is why it is so important to inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt.
All purchases must be picked up in a timely manner. Unless communication is initiated by the customer on storage time frames, products left at Intaglia for 30 days will be considered abandoned and resold without refund of any deposits or payments.
Online payments will be accepted in the form of VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept online checks at this time.
Sales tax for orders delivered to a Georgia address is 8.9%.
